Evidence before assumptions
We build repair scopes around the available measurements, photographs, applicable building code provisions, manufacturer installation requirements and the relevant regional price list. Each item needs a clear explanation and supporting evidence.
A defined role
Our work focuses on documenting and supporting the contractor’s repair scope. We do not negotiate insurance settlements, advise homeowners on policy coverage or act as a substitute for a licensed public adjuster or attorney. State-specific requirements must be reviewed for each relevant engagement.
How we work with contractors
The contractor supplies the estimate, photographs, measurements and other available documents. We review the file, identify gaps, prepare the estimate and supplement, submit through the authorized contractor workflow, and follow up on the file. The carrier decides what it approves.
