For a denied claim, the file may require the carrier letter, inspection photographs, slope-by-slope damage photographs, weather verification and measurement reports. The required materials depend on the situation.
For a partial denial, we compare the approved scope with the documented repair needs, identify relevant omissions and prepare supporting estimate items.
When evidence supports it, a reinspection can be requested and the contractor’s team can be prepared with relevant photographs, measurements and code items. Claimsters does not guarantee that a denied claim will be approved.
