The figures are planning illustrations, not a price list, completed estimate, guaranteed supplement, promise of payment or prediction of carrier approval. Claimsters must confirm all rates before launch. Estimates submitted for a real project must reflect the relevant regional price list and the facts of the repair.
Carrier decisions are independent
The carrier decides what it approves. The existence of documentation or a supplement does not guarantee an increase, full replacement, depreciation release or any particular payment.
Contractor estimating support
Claimsters' described services focus on estimate rebuilding, documentation of repair scope and supporting supplements within the contractor's authorized workflow. They do not include negotiating settlements, interpreting a homeowner's policy or advocating for the homeowner on the overall claim.
