Scope of this policy

This page is a starter policy template and must be reviewed and completed by Claimsters and its legal adviser before production use. It is not legal advice.

Information submitted by visitors

When visitors use the website contact form or Scope Gap Calculator lead form, the website may collect the name, work email, company, phone number, selected service, message and calculator planning figures that the visitor chooses to submit. Visitors should not submit policy numbers, sensitive personal information or confidential claim documents through general website forms.

How information is used

Submitted information is used to respond to the inquiry, assess the requested service and manage follow-up. Where configured, the website may send an inquiry notification to Claimsters using its approved email service.

Analytics and advertising technologies

The website can be configured to use Google Tag Manager and associated analytics or advertising tags. Such technologies should be activated only under the site's approved consent and privacy configuration. The production policy must identify actual vendors, purposes, retention periods, applicable choices and contact details once these have been confirmed.

Data storage and security

The implementation stores submissions in application data storage and may send notifications through a configured email service. Before production, Claimsters must configure persistent protected storage, access permissions, backups, retention periods and a secure process for any claim documents.

Contact and policy updates

Add Claimsters' approved privacy contact details and effective date before launch. Review this policy against the actual data flows, intended markets and applicable legal requirements.
