Estimate, submission and approval support
A $150 estimate fee plus 7.5% of the increase the carrier approves on Claimsters’ work. The fee is calculated using the difference between the original carrier estimate and the final estimate approved after our work, according to the documented service terms.
Estimate only
$200 for a complete Xactimate estimate delivered to the contractor for submission.
Denied, partial denial and below-deductible files
4% of the increase the carrier approves on the supported work, according to the documented service terms.
Claims management
$500 per claim for follow-up from estimate submission through supplementing and the release of depreciation. This is a separate service.
Before work begins
The applicable fee is confirmed before work starts. Previously approved amounts and work outside the agreed scope are treated according to the service terms. If no increase is approved, no percentage fee is owed under the documented model.
